RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

At ONSYLE, we want you to love every purchase—and if you don’t, we’ve made returns and exchanges as smooth as possible. Please take a look at the details below to see how it all works.

1. Returns and Exchanges

Timeframe:

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Return Pickup Process:

Initiate your return or exchange request online through our website or by contacting Customer Care.

Reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours of your request, subject to service availability in your area.

A maximum of two pickup attempts will be made. If both attempts fail, the return request will be canceled, and you’ll need to contact Customer Care to reschedule.

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are allowed within 15 days of delivery for size or style, subject to availability. If the requested size or style is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Items purchased during promotional offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free) are eligible only for size exchanges, not refunds.

2. Refund Process

Processing Time:

Once we receive and validate your return at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method for prepaid orders or to your Onsyle Wallet for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Refund Details:

For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI).

For COD orders, refunds will be credited to your ONSYLE Wallet, which can be used for future purchases.

Shipping charges, reward points, or promotional discounts are non-refundable.

Refund timelines depend on your bank or payment provider, which are beyond our control. Please consult them for further details.

Non-Compliance:

If an item does not meet our return conditions, we might have to say no to a refund and may not return the item to you. You’ll be notified via email or by our Customer Care team.
